If you do choose to move here, you should label everything. Kid have bike? , boldly engrave a marking on every piece of that bike.. Cute Flower pot, engrave that too.. Along with your rake, grills, shovels tables, chairs.. Take a picture of everything you own.. No fences allowed. So build a large deck with a gate on it.. And make sure your windows lock..

Completely horrible place! If you enjoy crime, gangs, and vacant Trailers/lots, this is the place for you! I've lived here for 20 years until fire destroyed my home. One fire hydrant on the whole block, WHAT A SURPRISE! I'm beyond thrilled to finally be out of this horrible Mobile home court! The playground is in a dangerous place where vehicles frequent, the staff is rude, this is pretty much hell. I would only recommended this place to Donald Trump and no one else. It's that bad.
I lived here since April an was told before i even moved in the skirting on my house would be fixed an its now October an the skirting is still not fixed i have cats an racoons going under my house. My house is starting to smell like cats from who knows what there doing under there spraying using the bathroom an i pay over 1300 a month to live like this.Hell no Ive spoken to managers an the regional manager George an was told it would be fixed.I call ever month since April. Still nothing. Now I will be going farther this is ridiculous me an my children have to live like this the disgusting smell of cats in our home.Being woken up a 3am because it sound like they were chewing thru my floor. I should not have to live like this an im calling the city to see what i can do what rights i have as a renter.Something needs to be done. There getting all the skirting on these new houses up.

Lololol.. Don't move here!!! The whole place is a fraud. The management is a joke. They will not return calls. I've been leaving messages, with the call screeners aka front desk receptionists, the messages are either not getting passed along or just not being returned. For months there has not been a community manager. A regional manager shows up occasionally. I'm always told he's out of town when I call. The water running, has gotten a little better in the last few months. No shut offs. They are your water provider not west suburban. Repairs were made by our provider. So fingers crossed they last thru winter. They did fix the majority of the holes in the street. BUT, the holes were our speed bumps. So now, some clowns are doing 40mph with a 10mph limit..
